2. Accounts & Authorized Use
This service is for businesses. To open an account, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and limit team access to authorized users. Report any unauthorized access to support. Your NOW Group account identity can be used across group services; each service has its own terms.
3. What the Platform Offers
The platform lets you set up digital passes, manage a loyalty program per business, register customers and activity, give stamps, prepare QR materials, and manage notifications, team members, and locations based on your plan. Pass formats and options do not include banking services, monetary balance processing, or physical access authorization. The business defines its rewards and must honor its offers.
4. First Month Free
The initial trial lasts 30 days from signup and doesn't require a credit card. It won't turn into a paid subscription unless the owner subscribes. If you subscribe during the trial, check the payment screen for your billing start date. If you don't subscribe after the trial, operations pause but you can still access the dashboard and your data. Permanent free access granted by admins doesn't expire with the trial; it keeps Basic limits and is subject to these terms of use.
5. Plans, Payments, and Renewal
Published prices are monthly in USD. Limits and applicable amounts are shown in the plan and payment confirmation. Stripe processes card subscriptions. By confirming a subscription, you authorize the listed recurring charges until you cancel. Any taxes are shown at checkout. Price changes apply going forward, with advance notice for current subscriptions and the option to cancel before they take effect. See the cancellation policy.
6. Business Obligations
You must have rights to any logos, images, and content you upload, provide clear info about rewards, and get the necessary permissions to handle customer data and send communications. Don’t upload unnecessary sensitive data, customer financial info, or ID documents. Don’t use the platform for fraud, impersonation, unsolicited messages, illegal content, unauthorized access, or tests that affect other businesses.
7. Customers, Rewards, and Third Parties
Each business is responsible for its products, promotions, redemption terms, and customer service. MDTPS LLC provides the technology and does not guarantee sales, visits, business results, or delivery of all notifications. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, operating systems, and Stripe have their own terms. Features may depend on compatibility, permissions, connectivity, and device settings. Apple and Google do not sponsor this platform.
8. Content & intellectual property
You retain rights to your content and data. You authorize us to host, process, and display them only to provide the service and follow your instructions. The platform, its software, and the WALLET NOW ONE brand belong to their respective owners. Your subscription grants access to the service, not ownership of the software or permission to resell or copy it.
9. Availability, Suspension, and Closure
There may be maintenance, interruptions, or changes needed for security or by third parties. We may suspend access for violations, security risks, or non-payment; we’ll notify you of the reason when possible and if it doesn’t compromise security. To close your account or request your data, contact support. Export any needed info before closing. Canceling charges and deleting data are separate processes.
10. Liability and Legal Rights
Each party is responsible for its own legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or business results. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. If you have an issue, contact support with the information needed to investigate.
11. Applicable Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Texas and the United States, without limiting any mandatory protections for users. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts as provided by law. We'll publish updated versions with their date and notify you of material changes through your account channels before they take effect, when applicable.
