Will I be charged automatically at the end?+

No. To continue with a paid plan, the owner must subscribe with a card. If you don't subscribe, you keep your data and can view the dashboard; operations pause when the trial ends.

Do my customers need to download another app?+

No extra WALLET NOW ONE app needed. Save your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on a compatible device.

How many customers can I register?+

All three plans include unlimited customer cards. Team member slots are for your team, not your customers.

Can I use it at multiple locations?+

Yes. Growth includes one location, Professional up to three, and Ultimate unlimited locations. All share one program per business.

What's included in the price?+

Loyalty program, card customization, unlimited customers, QR codes and posters, push notifications, export, and team access per plan. Prices shown in USD per month.

Who can activate SMS?+

SMS is an optional add-on available only with Professional or Ultimate, after the 30-day trial and with an active subscription. The Basic / Growth plan does not include SMS.
