Dashboard tools require signing in with access to the business. These guides can be read without an account.

Account and first steps

Register your business, sign in to the dashboard and set up your first card. The trial lasts 30 days and requires no credit card. The dashboard brings together your cards, customers, activity and tools.

  1. Open Registration, create your account and complete the requested business details.
  2. Sign in to the dashboard and prepare the design and rules for your first card.
  3. Test registration with your phone before inviting your customers.

Your card design

Add your business logo, colors, images and text. Define the benefit and review the preview before saving. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet use their own formats, so some elements may look different.

Pass types and rules

You can prepare loyalty cards, memberships, access passes, gifts, coupons and ID cards. Choose the pass type and configure its rules: stamps, points, balance, validity or entries depending on the format. Review the rules before issuing it.

Registration, QR and materials

Share the registration link or print a QR poster for your counter. The customer completes the form and saves their card to a compatible Wallet, without installing an additional WALLET NOW ONE app. Test the link from another phone before sharing it.

  1. From the dashboard, open Print and share and copy the link or download the QR.
  2. The customer opens the link, completes the requested details and finishes registration.
  3. On their card page, they choose Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and confirm that they want to save it.

Forms and registration data

Customize registration questions and mark which ones are required. You can also create forms and view their responses from the dashboard. Ask only for the information you need to serve your customers.

Visits, stamps and rewards

Open the scanner, allow camera access and scan the pass code. Check the customer and confirm the activity: stamp, points, balance, entry or redemption depending on the program. If you cannot scan, search for the customer by name or email.

Customers and history

View your customers’ passes and activity. To review a mistake, open their history and use the available correction option; the original activity remains recorded. You can export your customer list from the dashboard.

Wallet notifications

Send immediate or scheduled notifications to your customers’ cards. Check the schedule, time zone and limits shown in the dashboard. The pass must be saved in a compatible Wallet; display depends on Apple, Google and the phone settings.

Locations and proximity

Register your locations with their addresses, set schedules and customize the proximity reminder. Available locations depend on your plan. The device and Wallet decide when to show the notification; it is not guaranteed to appear on every visit.

Team, permissions and profile

Invite team members with their own email and assign the administrator or employee role according to their tasks. Do not share your password. In Business profile you can review business details, the time zone and your email language.

  1. Open Team and add the team member’s email.
  2. Select their role and, for a new account, set their initial password.
  3. The team member signs in with their own email to access permitted tasks.

Trial, plans and payments

After the trial, the owner can subscribe from Plan and billing. Without a subscription, operations pause and data is retained. View your package, payment status and invoices there, and manage your subscription through the billing portal.

SMS: requirements and activation

SMS is an add-on for businesses in the United States with Professional or Ultimate, after the trial and with an active subscription. Choose a package, complete the business and consent information, pay the setup fee and wait for the business number review. Activate the package when the dashboard shows it is approved and ready. SMS costs are shown separately from the loyalty plan.

  1. Open SMS from the dashboard and choose a messaging package.
  2. Complete the legal information, business contact, messaging use and how you will collect consent.
  3. Review the public consent page and sample messages; finish the required information.
  4. Pay the setup fee shown in the dashboard and submit the application for review. Payment does not guarantee approval.
  5. Check the review status and respond to any requests for information.
  6. Once the number is approved and assigned, activate the package and register contacts with consent before sending.

SMS: consent and opt-outs

Share the public consent page generated by the SMS module. Having a loyalty card does not mean agreeing to text promotions. Send only to contacts with current consent for the message type. STOP records an opt-out and HELP provides help information. You can view authorized contacts in the module.

  1. Copy and share your business consent link from SMS.
  2. The customer enters their phone number and agrees to the message types they want to receive.
  3. Check that the contact appears as authorized before including them in a campaign.

SMS: campaigns and scheduling

With the service active, select authorized recipients, write the message and review the preview before sending or scheduling. Check the available allowance and delivery history. The current service supports SMS to the United States; delivery depends on the carrier and recipient status.

  1. Select contacts with consent for the campaign type.
  2. Write the message and review the content and available allowance.
  3. Choose to send now or schedule, then check the delivery history.

SMS: automatic birthdays

Set the birthday promotion, message and send time in SMS. Check that the customer has a birthday date and consent for promotions. Enable the automation and review the history to check sends and any issues.

Troubleshooting and getting help

If a card will not save, check phone compatibility and reopen the business link. If a notification does not arrive, check Wallet permissions. For incorrect stamps or rewards, contact the business that issued the card. For dashboard or SMS issues, email support with the screen and what you were trying to do.
